Hi Folks,
If you have tried to place an order and your credit card was declined it is due to address/zip code mismatch from what your card company/bank has on record vs what you are entering during the checkout process. Please ensure that the address/zip code information you enter on checkout is the same as what your card company/bank has on record for that card and you shouldn't have any problems. We require that this information matches to ensure credit card security for our KtoK customers.
If your order is declined you will see the order amount pop up on your credit card account (per transaction attempt) however these are not actual charges, it is a "hold" that the bank puts on those funds and releases back to your account usually within 3-5 business days. This is a standard security feature for banks to point out possible fraudulant use of a credit card to their customers - the funds are not released to us.
Also, we apologize but we do not accept American Express. Remember we also accept payment by check/money order. Simply follow the checkout process and select "Pay By Check" instead of entering your credit card information. We hope that this explanation clears up any confusion for those of you who have experienced a declined transaction.
