Jacob Lake Inn
Rich in history and service, the Jacob Lake Inn was frequented by Theodore Roosevelt.

1. Jacob Lake Inn: Built in 1923, Jacob Lake Inn is nestled in the towering pines of the Kaibab National Forest. Jacob Lake has complete facilities for the traveler including beautiful cabins and rooms that can sleep up to 6 adults, gift shop, dining room, lunch counter and service station with gasoline and diesel. Located at the junction of US 89A and SR 67, we are the gateway to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, which is a short 45 minute drive away.

Kaibab Lodge
The Kaibab Lodge from Hwy 67. Great food and nice place to stay if you're not camping. Hunters often rally here for a hot meal and to see who got what.

2. Kaibab Lodge: The Kaibab Lodge is in the heart of the North Kaibab National Forest just five miles from the entrance to Grand Canyon National Park's north rim. Built "about 1926-1927," the lodge is said by some to have once been a working cattle ranch. Now, it's a quiet place with a variety of cabins that can sleep from 2 to 8 adults. It's a great place to come see the mule deer, wild turkey, the unique Kaibab squirrel, a variety of wild birds or to visit the Grand Canyon National Park. At 8,770 feet above sea level, the lodge is a cool getaway from the hot surrounding desert. Make a reservation today!

The grand canyon from the North Rim Grand Canyon Lodge sun porch. Breathtaking views and great food, perfect place to stay for those that want to tour the Grand Canyon.
3. North Rim Grand Canyon Lodge: Definitely a worthwhile trip for those who enjoy the road less traveled, the North Rim, or "other side" of the Grand Canyon is visited by only 10% of all Grand Canyon visitors. A spacious, informal place to unwind, the lodge has both motel rooms and cabins to accommodate guests, as well as a magnificent dining room, which offers fine dining with a western flair and a view of the canyon. The lodge also contains a sun room, cafe, saloon and a gift shop. Activities abound: hiking, tours, canyon mule rides and photo opportunities.
